About the House
Manor & Meadow Events is a bespoke front-of-house and catering house serving the Cotswolds. We choreograph silver-service dining, champagne receptions, and field-side hospitality for gatherings held across the region's historic estates, manor houses, and private grounds — from intimate celebrations of forty guests to full-estate occasions of several hundred.
Our work is for hosts who understand that hospitality is a craft. Couples planning a country wedding, families marking a milestone, trustees hosting a patron's dinner, and shoot captains running a day in the field all come to us when the standard must be impeccable and the service invisible. Every engagement begins with the estate itself — its rooms, its light, its season — and is built around a single, coherent vision of the occasion.
Manor & Meadow Events is built and run by a small team based in Woodstock, Oxfordshire. Our front-of-house staff are dressed in white shirts, tweed waistcoats, and blue suits, and trained in the disciplines of traditional English service. We source from Cotswold farms, gardens, and cellars, and we hold ourselves to the standard of the great country houses: that a guest should never once have to ask.
